Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from World Cup Jackets. To keep things fair and transparent for everyone, here's exactly what our 30-day warranty covers — and what it doesn't.

30-Day Warranty

Within 30 days of delivery, we'll send a free replacement or refund for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Items damaged on arrival

To file a claim, email WorldCupStreetJacket@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery.

Not covered under this warranty:

  • Wrong size ordered — please check the size chart before buying
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Buyer's remorse / change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear

Item(s) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after 30 days of delivery.

Final sale and clearance-marked items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstance.

To complete a warranty claim, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

Size Exchanges (Courtesy, Not Guaranteed)

Ordered the wrong size? We're happy to help where we can, but size exchanges are offered as a courtesy and are not covered under the 30-day warranty above. Contact WorldCupStreetJacket@outlook.com with your order number and the size you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipping (if applicable)

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item for a covered warranty claim or a courtesy exchange.

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item, along with the approval or rejection status of your refund based on the warranty terms above. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (2–3 business days is normal). If you still have not received your refund after this time frame, please email us at WorldCupStreetJacket@outlook.com and allow us the opportunity to investigate further.

Gifts

Follow the instructions above for returning online orders. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to WorldCupStreetJacket@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the damage. If damage is not reported within this 48-hour window, we may not be able to honor your claim. We use the timestamp and delivery confirmation from the carrier's tracking link when reviewing damage or return requests.
